Spiritually shouting: When or if you ever lose the plot does your voice change it's tone?

Well generally the family know when I have lost the plot when I have a claw hammer in my hand and my hair strangely goes all up in the air a bit like the picture (except I am not Korean guy but it is a bit similar), though actually I usually talk in a monotone in monosyllables and beat up a pile of gangsters which explains why there are no gangsters around where I live.
