How to get rid of a kitten smell in my house to make my 2 year old cat happy again?

I brought a kitten into my house a couple days ago and it was there for a night. My adult cat which is 2 didnt like it at all she snarled and hiss even tried to scratch the new kitten. Needless to say I gave the kitten to a woman in a another town and everything is crazy. My 2 year still smells the kitten and hiss and snarls as if she is there. I just need to know how to get rid of the kitten smell so I could have my cute kitty again. Please help
