1 year old saint bernard humping problem?

My one year old saint bernard always tries to hump our other dog, and when we tell him no or try to stop him he starts snarling and freaking out. Its gotten to the point where our female dog even snaps at him to get him to leave her alone. Any tips/what worked for you? Thanks!
