What toy or small dogs are good with babies?

i have a 2 month old baby and a 4 year old. both girls, and a 1 year old blue tick coon hound. and im in afghanistan right now but wanna get my wife a little puppy for her self (cause the hounds my dog) and we had a chi but she kept snarling at the older one. i just want one that wont bite or anything to my kids...or my dog for that matter any breeds dint really care. and if you're just gonna harass me on dumb **** don't reply i don't want to waste my time reading your stuff
