What photoshop do they use on http://www.flash-game-design.com/ in the tutorials?

hey guys i am trying to follow the tutorials one http://www.flash-game-design.com/ but when they say to do something like go to layer and layer style it doesnt have that on gimp that im using to i want to get the photoshop that they have thanks guys
