Paranormal ghost, only appears in photos?

well at my friends house, my friend took a photo of his hallway, and a white thing appeared, it looked like a ghost in a pointy hat, we tried cleaning the lens, and took another photo, the thing appeared again, it looked exactly the same, we got a different camera, and it was still there, the flash was off and we couldent see it without a camera, and last night my friend heard creaking in the hallway, what is this, and if your going to say ghosts arent real then piss off
