Is this a good start to my novel?

It's overall well written, and it arouses curiosity in the reader. What are these hunters, what connection do they have with Jayden. It maybe a bit powerful, with the sudden burst of feelings, but that is fresh and new. I liked this beginning and it probably will turn out to be an fantastic story. Good luck with your writing.
