Problem with Laptop resolution? HELPP?

Something happened to my laptop idunno what i clicked. I changed the Flash Cache Module SATA to ATA. I have a laptop which use to be Vista but now an XP I need help! If anyone knows how to fix it pleasee helpp! & I already tried to change the theme and resolution idk. HELP IMA CRY.
